Seton Medical Center Coastside, Marine Boulevard & Ethledore, Moss Beach  (Take Highway 1 to Marine Boulevard and follow hospital signs uphill) 
Attendees must park in the upper hospital parking lot as per hospital policy.

1. Call to order.  Determination of quorum.

2. Pledge of Allegiance   Review of agenda.

3. Public Comment

The public is invited to speak on any topic not on the original agenda. Speakers are asked to keep their comments brief, generally under three minutes.

4. Regular Agenda

The Council may vote to take action on any of the following items. 
 
5a.  Introduction and swearing in of new council members: Deborah Lardie, Neil Merrilees, and Leonard Woren. 

5b. Storm-water Management Committee update – Kathryn Slater-Carter

5c. Seal Cove survey and status – Gael Erickson

5d.  Discuss need for a bylaws ad-hoc committee to review bylaws and suggest modifications to the full Council with the goal of formal approval by the Board of Supervisors.

5e.  Plan off-site meeting to discuss MCC goals, establish new committees as needed, and discuss ways to improve MCC effectiveness in 2008.

5f.  MCC Website status and new ideas – Leonard Woren.

5f. Plan for election of MCC officers for 2008.
