The San Mateo County (SMC) Board of Supervisors (BoS), after years of Planning Commission
public meetings and BoS public hearings,
has submitted a Local Coastal Program (LCP) Amendment
to the California Coastal Commission (CCC).
Current LCP (June 1998) (pdf, 1.68mb) The Montara - Moss Beach - El Granada Community Plan is incorporated by reference into the LCP, however, printed copies are not available.
